My mom is a retired attorney, and my wife's both parents are also lawyers. From our childhood, they instilled in us moral values, justice, and the meaning of "good person." I am immensely proud of them! We always treat our clients as we have learned from the first generation.</p>

Hatice Usaklioglu
Ms. Usaklioglu is the first woman attorney in her hometown. She graduated from Istanbul University School of Law in 1986. While she does not currently work for U2U Law, her thoughts are alive in this firm. She dedicates her time to the charitable family foundation that supports hundreds of students and children.
Sibel Ekici
Ms. Ekici is an attorney with over 35 years of experience. She runs her own law firm, which provides legal consultation to major companies like Shell. Ms. Ekici's legal approach and legal notions matter at U2U Law, even though she does not actively work there.
Akin Ekici
Mr. Ekici was the chief legal counsel at Garanti BBVA Bank in Istanbul. He then became a managing partner at Verdi Law Firm, which represents major companies like Bank of America in Turkey. While he may not work for U2U Law, his perspective and personal opinions are always important for U2U Law. Additionally, he is one of the best painters in the world, who is invited to international exhibitions.

Foreign entertainers can come to the U.S. through several visa options, including the O-1B visa for individuals with extraordinary ability in the arts, the P-1 visa for internationally recognized performers, and the EB-1 visa for individuals with extraordinary abilities seeking permanent residency. The EB-5 and E2 visas are both investment-based visas, but they have distinct differences. The EB-5 visa provides a pathway to permanent residency (a green card) through investment in a U.S. business, requiring a minimum investment of $1 million (or $500,000 in targeted employment areas) and the creation of at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers. The E2 visa is a non-immigrant visa for investors from treaty countries who invest a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business. Unlike the EB-5, the E2 visa does not directly lead to a green card but allows for an extended stay as long as the business is operational and profitable.
A contingency fee agreement is an arrangement where the attorney’s fees are contingent upon winning your case. This means you don’t pay any legal fees upfront; instead, the attorney receives a percentage of the settlement or award if your case is successful.
